Scattered Remains is a crime series focusing on twenty-eight year old Alexander Andrews as she struggles to cope with her past. As she works to move on with her life, several people arise from the shadows to unravel her. As a result she's thrown head-first into once closed cases in order to regain peace within herself and her family. Can she reclaim her lost life before it ends?
A BIT ABOUT ME
I grew up in a the small town of Ashburn, VA aspiring to be everything and anything. After studying a legal course at Broad Run, I decided to pursue a career in law. In the mean time I've decided to put my writing skills to the test. What was once a school project turned into a novel, and then two (as of right now). Scattered Remains, I hope, will be my legacy. Each day I learn something new, and I work with so many amazing people to help make my second dream come true. I look forward to you being a part of that dream.
The 'shop' portion of the website will not be completed until the book is released. At that point in time I will edit the shop so that my book is displayed. Our release date is currently unknown. The struggle with writer's block has been great, but I promise it's still on the way!

A year ago to the day Alexander James Andrews was kidnapped, raped, and tortured in the basement of a lone beach house for six days straight by a man named Marcus Ker. She escaped with her life, and now spends her time hunting down the rest of the members of his underground crime ring.
What she doesn't know is of the plan brewing within his jail cell. Soon his plans will be set in motion, leaving a recovering Alex scrambling to pick up the pieces and remember what happened to her a year ago within the confines of that long forgotten place.
Now Alex must fight to keep her marriage, and her team, from falling apart. As she struggles to make amends with Kit, she delves deeper into the mind of the most prolific serial killer she's ever dealt with, and in turn learns more about herself.

Two and a half years have passed since the week long hunt for Jazz Andrews. Alex is still suffering from nightmares and is barely holding on for the sake of her team and her family. Having moved in with Jason, Alex is working hard to overcome the tragedy that struck until one fateful night: her birthday.

A call startles her and Jason in the middle of the night. A familiar voice informs them that Adam Lancaster, the killer responsible for Alex's parents demise, is back. He's hunting in Stafford once more, claiming the innocent lives of at least six families. Now, a target has been painted on Alex's back.

She has to hurry to Stafford to uncover the name of the agent and must face her past head on and remember the truth to what happened that fateful spring night.

Alex is twenty-four years old and fresh out of the FBI academy. She's working her way through her first stressful weeks at the academy. Several cases come up one after another, all seeming to gear towards Alex and her uncovered past.

Meanwhile, at home Alex is struggling to keep her relationship with Kit under control, hiding her pain from her team.
